Bou's Chicken

Ingridients

1/4 cup prepared mustard

1/4 cup white sugar

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup distilled white vinegar

1 cup ketchup

1 cup water

1 (3 pound) whole chicken

Add the chicken pieces, and turn down the heat. Place the lid slightly ajar on the pot. Simmer for approximately 45 minutes, or till the chicken is no longer pink and the juices run clear.
