Grilled Chicken with Salsa Barbecue Sauce


Ingridients

1 cup salsa

3 limes, juiced

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/4 cup orange juice

1/4 cup cider vinegar

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup corn syrup

1 tablespoon dried oregano

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1 tablespoon fresh chopped cilantro, for garnish

1 (2 to 3 pound) whole chicken, cut into parts

Ready In 1 h

Remove sauce from heat, and add cilantro.

Use sauce to baste chicken during the last 20 minutes of grilling, reserving about 1/2 cup of the sauce to baste the cooked pieces just before serving.
